Course Summary
Managing job performance involves a comprehensive process in setting performance expectations, measuring progress, feedback, coaching, assessment, and development. With those processes and performance infrastructure in place, however, useless without having the skills and the will to perform. The skill denotes the ability to perform while the will measuring one motivation to perform. In managing performance, these two aspects with right infrastructure are the most critical elements and each present their own unique challenges.
