1. Tickets are valid for travel on KLIA Ekspres from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA T1 | KLIA T2) to KL Sentral and vice versa only.
2. Adult-Child Ticket Purchase Rules
• There has to be at least 1 adult ticket in the cart in order to purchase child tickets.
• For each adult ticket added to your cart, you can only add 3 child tickets to your cart.|
• The Child Ticket trip type has to be the same as the Adult Ticket trip type. E.g. 1 Adult Return Ticket with a max of 3 Child Return Ticket.
3. Ticket validity:
• One – way & Return: Valid within one (1) month from the selected travel date
4. No date change, refund or revalidation is allowed for ticket purchased.
5. Express Rail Link Sdn Bhd (ERL), the operator of KLIA Ekspres, is the sole provider of all train services and/or goods. The ticketing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, and also to the terms and conditions specified in ERL’s Conditions of Carriage. A copy of ERL’s Conditions of Carriage is available at its ticket counters and on www.KLIAekspres.com. By purchasing our services and/or goods, customers agree to abide by ERL’s Conditions of Carriage.
