How to Redeem
Step 1: Recipient will receive a GrabGift email with the eVoucher.
Step 2: Using a mobile phone, open the email and click “Redeem Gift”. (A valid Grab account is required.)
Step 3: You will be redirected to the Grab app, and the voucher will be added to your Grab account.
Step 4: Go to My Rewards in the Grab app to view the redeemed voucher.
Step 5: To use the voucher, proceed to checkout and select the GrabGift voucher. The voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total payment amount.
Important Notes
- A valid Grab account is required for redemption.
- The voucher can only be redeemed once.
- The voucher is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Once redeemed, the voucher cannot be transferred to another Grab account.
- The voucher must be used before the expiry date stated on the eVoucher.
- Expired vouchers will not be replaced, refunded, or extended.
