- Basic Wound Dressing
For a single wound measuring 10cm x 10cm or smaller. For One single site. Additional wounds may incur extra charges. -
Advanced Wound Dressing
For patients with multiple wounds or large wound(s) exceeding 10cm x 10cm.
✅ What’s Included:
– Home visit by an experienced licensed doctor or a doctor & a nurse.
– Wound assessment, cleaning, disinfecting, and dressing procedure.
Important Note:
- If the doctor or nurse identifies additional needs during the visit, you will be informed in advance. Any extra charges will be explained, applied only with your consent, and billed separately.
- Services are non-emergency in nature. For urgent or life-threatening conditions, please seek immediate hospital care.
- Service Area: Penang only. Additional surcharge applies for Penang Mainland.

Terms & Conditions (T&C)
1. Service Provider Responsibility
- All medical services are performed by licensed medical professionals from Doctor 2 My Home’s team.
- Genie & You acts as a platform and is not responsible for the medical advice, treatment decisions, or outcomes provided by the healthcare team.
2. Scope of Service
- Service covers consultation, examination, and basic procedures as described in the product details.
- Any additional procedures or consumables will be discussed during phone consultation and charged separately.
- During the visit, if doctors identifies additional care needs (e.g., extra wounds, complex procedures), these will be discussed and quoted before proceeding.
- Services are non-emergency in nature. Urgent or life-threatening cases should seek hospital care.
3. Medical Assessment & Right to Refuse Service
- The attending medical professional has the right to assess the patient’s condition and may decline to proceed with home treatment if deemed unsafe or unsuitable for home care.
- In such cases, the patient may be referred to a hospital or medical facility.
4. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
- Clients understand that home medical services carry inherent risks and accept that the service provider will exercise professional care.
- Genie & You and its affiliates are not liable for any medical complications or outcomes resulting from the services provided.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed, except if cancelled within 30 minutes after the phone consultation confirmation with Doctor 2 My Home’s team.
- Rescheduling can be done within 30 minutes after phone consultation confirmation to avoid additional charges.
- If the service cannot proceed due to provider unavailability or unforeseen reasons (as assessed during the phone consultation), a full refund will be provided.
6. Personal Data & Contact Sharing
- By purchasing this service, the customer consents to share their contact information with Doctor 2 My Home’s team for appointment coordination purposes.
- All customer information will be handled confidentially between Genie & You and the service provider.
7. Geographical Coverage
- Services are only available in specified areas as listed in the product description.
- Additional surcharges may apply for out-of-coverage areas, subject to service provider confirmation.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality of Medical Records
- All medical records will be kept confidential, accessible only to the attending healthcare team for providing care, and maintained by Doctor 2 My Home’s team.
- Genie & You does not store or manage any medical records.
- After the consultation, the patient will be informed of their condition. Family members may access this information only with the patient’s consent.
- A summary of the consultation (e.g., diagnosis, medication prescribed) can be sent electronically to the patient upon request.
- Full medical reports are available upon request, subject to additional fees and with the patient’s consent.
