Ingredients: Arillus Longan, Fructus Lycii, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae, Radix Morindae Officinalis, Cortex Eucommiae, Radix Astragali, Radix Codonopsis.

How to use:

Serves for 3 – 4 persons

Empty one packet of soup ingredients, 500g of meat, 1500ml of water into pot and bring to boil. Simmer for 1.5 hours. Add Salt or soya sauce as desired. proportion of meat and water can be adjusted according to own preference.

Store in cool, dry place. Keep refrigerated if packet is opened or to store for a long period.
