Ingredients: Longan, Figs Glegnia Root, Sea Coconut, Fragant Solomonseal Rhizome, Sweet Apricot Seed

How to use:

Serves 3 to 4 persons

-Empty one packet of sou ingredients, 500gm of meat, 1500ml of water into pot and bring to boil. Simmer 1 and 1/2 hours. Add salt or soya sauce as desired. Proportion of meat and water can be adjusted according to own preference,

Store in a cool , dry place. Keep refrigerated if do not use immediately or once packet is opened.
